Account Manager – Germany (Hybrid/Remote)

Location: Germany (Hybrid or Full Remote)
Reporting to: Sales Area Manager Germany / Macro Area Manager Europe



Your Mission
As Account Manager for Germany, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products to end-users, theaters, and lighting designers. You will identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with our strategic goals, ensuring strong relationships and consistent growth in your area.

You'll be part of a dynamic and innovative team, working in a creative industry with international exposure. We offer flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen customer accounts with a focus on relationship building and strategic development
  • Plan and conduct meetings with end-users and theaters to define and implement local strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective sales and marketing actions
  • Define and manage sales forecasts aligned with company targets
  • Ensure achievement of sales goals in the assigned territory
  • Provide regular reporting to management on activities and performance
  • Travel across Germany and occasionally to HQ in Italy

Your Profile
  • Education:   Technical or Business degree
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in the event technology or lighting industry
  • Languages:  Fluent in German, proficient in English. Italian could be a plus
